www.sportclips.com/survey isn’t working right now, so I’m just going to write my feedback here. I was given fantastic service. Skyy is super sociable, kind, considerate, and upbeat. She nailed my cut exactly how I wanted it. I didn’t have to wait a long time like other reviewers have mentioned. This is my barber shop from now on. You’ve got a new regular.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in one girl working on a client and no one else there. Asked how long and was told the other girl is at lunch in the back but no more than 10 minutes. Was told the guy in front of me on the menu board is probably not coming back. Waited 10 minutes and the woman finished with her client. At that point someone else walked in she clearly knew and she took him in front of me. Frustrated I waited another 10 minutes and then asked her if she could find out what time her co-worker was returning. She seemed frustrated when back and talked to her then said she would be right in. 10 minutes more and the other girl walks in and starts cleaning up the store. I walked out wrote this review and one on Yelp then returned into the store to tell them how frustrated I was and that I wanted them to know the negative review being posted was from me. One girl walked away and the other looked up and one time and said OK.. Never will I return. I had been here at least 15 times.

Hours on Website and shop window clearly show 9AM to 8PM. I came in at 9:40 and was escorted to the door and told to come back at 10:00. No worries, I will not be coming back again. 10/3/18
