Worst customer service ever. Walked in one girl working on a client and no one else there. Asked how long and was told the other girl is at lunch in the back but no more than 10 minutes. Was told the guy in front of me on the menu board is probably not coming back. Waited 10 minutes and the woman finished with her client. At that point someone else walked in she clearly knew and she took him in front of me. Frustrated I waited another 10 minutes and then asked her if she could find out what time her co-worker was returning. She seemed frustrated when back and talked to her then said she would be right in. 10 minutes more and the other girl walks in and starts cleaning up the store. I walked out wrote this review and one on Yelp then returned into the store to tell them how frustrated I was and that I wanted them to know the negative review being posted was from me. One girl walked away and the other looked up and one time and said OK.. Never will I return. I had been here at least 15 times.

Hours on Website and shop window clearly show 9AM to 8PM. I came in at 9:40 and was escorted to the door and told to come back at 10:00. No worries, I will not be coming back again. 10/3/18

Beware! The owners change the operating hours without updating the franchise website or google maps. Being from out of town, I checked in online and took a Lyft over there. Upon reaching the door I see that I have arrived just moments before the new closing hours. The stylist is kind enough to cut my hair; however, she said that she would be unable to wash my hair because of the time. (Have you ever been unable to wash your hair after a haircut? The just-cut hairs get everywhere, even inside your shirt collar. It’s frustrating.) I like Sport Clips because of the hot towel and wash. Usually I think little of ordering a Lyft or Uber to go to the nearest one when I am out of town. But without the wash and hot towel- I might as well go to their competitors. It would have saved me the $30 in round-trip expenses. Specially when, like today, there is another franchise only a block away from my hotel...
